Saint Phillip is Apostle's take on a classic red hot sauce, crafted with slow roasted capsicum and cayenne chillies for a rich, smokey depth of flavour. All natural ingredients: capsicum, red wine vinegar, chilli, onion, black pepper, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt. A rich, vibrant sauce with a smoky depth of flavour. Perfect all-rounder for ANYTHING.

This tiny batch sauce is handmade in Paekākāriki, NZ, by Lydia and Mat. The duo have a passion for using local ingredients – the peppers they use are hand picked, the Kawakawa leaves are from their own garden the organic apple cider vinegar is locally sourced from Coral Tree Organics. They refuse to use any artificial colours, preservatives, flavours or thickeners, instead relying on fresh ingredients to create their vibrant range of sauces.
