Orange & Horopito Shichimi | 50g

Our Shichimi Togarashi is a unique take on the traditional Japanese spice blend with roasted sesame, toasted locally grown hemp and chilli for a rich nutty base. We included native horopito for wild peppery notes as well as orange, lime, ginger, and pink Szechuan pepper for a vibrant, zesty finish. The result is a bold, nuanced, and pleasantly bitter blend perfect for soups, noodles, fish, grilled meats or vegetables.

Ingredients: Toasted sesame, hemp hearts, chilli, szechuan peppercorns, orange (5%), horopito (4%), ginger, kelp, salt, lime. Contains sesame.
